  We get asked often how to tell when Haskap is ready to pick, here are some tips!
- easily detached from stem by shaking bush
- the outer blue color is not an indicator of ripeness, unripe berries are blue, but taste sour or bitter (or a combination!)
- a ripe Haskap berry has sweet intense flavor with solid purple interior
